A big news day. First the economy. The DOW was over 15,000 for a bit and closed at a record high. The unemployment rate fell. Maybe it’s time to give retired teaches a big bonus but only if we agree to spend it within hours. This might help to get younger Americans back to work. We could only spend it where they are working or would be hired. You can now see why the President
has not hired me as an economic advisor. France is going into recession and the the Eurozone unemployment rate may reach 12.5%. Egypt’s birthrate is climbing. Egypt has a population of 86,000,000. It has a lot of land but a lot of sand. And tourists are staying away. I wish them well.
Read an article on GM crops in Scientific American. There are some super weeds. In my next movie retired teachers superheroes will battle the weeds to save the world. Iron Man gave us a middle aged superhero. It’s time for the oldies.

The good news is that we just keep on and you have babies, adopt animals, find new loves , new places to eat and great adventures around the world. Kip and I both agree that the positive greatly out weights the negative. The solar powered airplane has taken off from near San Francisco.
