As I walked down one of the winding hidden streets near my house a bobcat became a walking companion. There was,of course, social distancing . Since the feline did not appear hungry and ready to cull the herd it was a pleasant and exciting experience. After a block or so it disappeared but as I turned from a Main Street to another up the hill road it suddenly walked past again.
Is that a sign that reopening should start or that bobcats are planning to reclaim their territory? Could it have been an alien checking out our world? Would the clean air and clear skies lead them to take over our world that had been protected by pollution? These are certainly exciting and strange times.
